bypass spool valve question

Good day all. is it possible if you have a bad spool valve it would stop the flow in general? I want to disconnect the in and out of the spool valve and connect them together is that okay to do? attached is a pic of my spool vale

A spool valve is a device for routing the fluid to where it is needed.

The 3pt valve is built in and will control the 3pt.

If you are talking about a loader valve, you can remove the valve and connect the IN hose and the PB hose together and everything else will work, using valves downstream, or if no valve, the pump flow will just flow to tank.

Cap or plug the tank line from loader.

Thank you JJ, im talking about the the spool control valve I simply want to bypass that valve just in case its part of my problem will basically connect in and out together that will bypass my spool valve
