Will the BXpanded hydraulic pressure test kit work on my MX4800? Thanks in advance!

The gauge should as its a standard gauge. You'll have to change the size of the quick coupler an find out what the factory pressure is set at to go off of.

It wouldn't have the same fittings?

The fittings on your 4800 are most likely bigger, probably 3/8" ISO7241 A or B type, Kubota has used both. Post some pics and any numbers on your couplers and we can determine what you have.
