BX2660 - what is this part?

I found this piece of metal on my driveway today after driving over it with my BX. Is it from my Kubota?

Further inspection, one end is clearly broken. Plus there is NO dirt or grease on it.

It reminds me of the cable tension spring from a hand winch, but it looks thicker. I don't remember it on a BX.

I agree with bcp. Check the parts diagram but don't think this is a tractor part.

I can't ID it either (from memory). If you have done some maintenance of recent, I'd look over all that you handled.

Using a detailed parts diagram, I think it is part of the support for the air filter. Part # K2551-82150.

this is half [probably the half that is nearest the side bonnet of the air cleaner support bracket [part # K2551-82150], not sure why they break probably vibration from the diesel engine but I used zip ties to secure my air cleaner to the rest of the bracket. Plan to weld the two halves of the bracket sometime in the future [late fall/early winter] when it is a more convenient time to work on.

Its the tension shim from the foldable ROPS.
