I was quoted $18,800 for a new BX25D-1 at my local dealer here in Oklahoma. I called another dealer 30 miles away and they wanted $19,500 for the same setup. Basically a 25D with three point arms and mower lift arms ready to go.

I am waiting on them to give me a trade in quote on my BX2350 with Woods FEL.

Thought, opinions?

A month ago, I was quoted 19 even for the bx25d, mower, backhoe and loader. That was a cash price. Financing, they wanted 19500. Went with a B2650 instead, but that was the price.

wow.....I bought mine in Northern ny for $15,900 back in 2008 a bx24, of coarse that was 7 years ago, but even though the price has gone up, mine is worth as much used as i paid for it, the dealer aslo offered me what i paid for it as a trade. sounds like one is charging you for the 3 point hitch, its a tractor it should be included, don't you think?

Thanks for the input guys. I agree, the 3 point should be included in the pricing as standard.

I called another dealer about 100 miles from me and they also want $18,800.

Still waiting to hear back from my local dealership...

Just talked with the local sales rep... They'll give me $6,500 for my BX2350 with Woods FEL that has 620 hard hours on it.

I called Barlow's and they want $17,500 for the same tractor (plus delivery). I'll see how much my local guys will come down. $1,300 is a pretty big gap to me...

I'm personally happy with the numbers the way they are but will try to save a little money if I can.

I will give an update tomorrow.

That price was for tractor all setup and ready, but not taxes.

I went ahead and purchased from my local Kubota dealer today. I will share the total for future reference:

BX25D TLB with 3 point kit: 18,800
$500 instant rebate
$500 rebate with purchase of one implement
Dealer also threw in $220 worth of dealership gift cards to cover expense of 50 hour service, but I can use them however I want.
I went ahead and bought a landscape rake and 48" rotary cutter also. Dealer took an additional 10% off of those implements.
Taxes were and additional 5.5% and I purchased the Kubota insurance for $21 per month. There was a financing charge of about $120 for setup fees, etc.
The way I see it I gave 17,580 for the tractor and got 10% off two implements. Oh yeah, my friend and I got a dealer logo trucker cap too.

Looking forward to getting it dirty. I have lots of projects lined up for the backhoe.

PS: I was really tempted to buy the eMax TLB but I decided to stay with Kubota. My Kubota dealer is great and they are 15 minutes or so away. The closest Mahindra dealer is over 40 minutes away and I am not familiar with them. After seeing the abuse my BX2350 took for 620 hours I have no doubts the 25D will make me happy.

Thanks for all of the input! Will post pics the first time I start digging in the dirt...

About a year or so ago a friend of mine bought a BX25 TLB with a MMM, rear grass catcher,48"woods rear mower, bucket extender, LED lights etc. All in he was about 24k with tax. He recently sold it all for 18,000. With about 45 hours on it. I know for certain he financed with kubota 0% for 60 and did not pay them off at time of sale..... Hopefully he maintains the payment and the new owner does not end up with a tow truck in his driveway.

Uh oh that's risky business! Mine was $22k "out the door" with 48" Land Pride rotary cutter (people call them brush hogs around here) and 60" Land Pride landscape rake, which is very nicely built.

Congratulations. I believe you got a good deal and a great machine.
When you are going forward on your BX25D and let off the go pedal, does it stop instantly like your BX2350 or still roll a bit?
