BX25 Front End Loader Will Not Move and Deck Will Not Raise or Lower

Raised deck won't go down... Is the 3-pt drop speed control knob turned all the way, thus preventing it from going down? Perhaps turn it the other way.

Hope it is something simple.

I resolved this issue. The implement fall rate control knob was locked up. I do not know how it got to where it was all the way off. I never change it, and the tractor was operating as normal before the problem developed.

Anyway as many have advised, I sprayed the knob shaft with PB blaster and waited overnight. Then I sprayed it again and was able to turn the shaft with vice grips. The knob was stripped or turning on the shaft but the shaft did not turn. Now I am in fully operational status. Thanks for all help and advice.
