6" Ginma chipper currently used with BX2660, and worked fine with my BX2230. Need to run at full powerwhen chipping. On ocassion, when the blades are getting dull, with some old petrified branches approaching maximum size it would lug the tractor down. Biggest concern is weight of the chipper. Definately want to have front end loader on as balast when transporting. I use this alot and have no complaints.
Wouldn't that be funny if he really did get the one you were looking at. I guess that is how things go. If it is a good deal you should go for it or someone else will. I dove in and bought my chipper just a couple of days after looking at it. They aren't staying on the used market long if offered at a decent price.
