BX24 plastic cracks

Has anyone else had the plastic crack in front of the fender from getting on and off their BX24. I'm told this is a problem and Kubota is to address a fix.

I just had my fixed all under warranty. Dealer also welded some additional supports to the frame rail right under the floorboard where it meets the plastic fender. He sandwiched some heavy duty rubber between the support and the floor. Looks like it should work fine. Kubota has not come up with a fix as yet. That fender retails for $400. .
