BX24 How to Replace Transmission Fan

HI,

I have a BX24. I was working in the woods and sheared off all the fins on the transmission cooling fan. A stick got caught up there while it was running and took care of it. Fan is cheap, said it is time consuming putting it on. Has anyone ever put one on, looks like need to break a drive shaft? Any help would be appreciated .
