BX24 evaluation...

First off...thanks for all your help everybody!

I already have a backhoe (Cat) so I'm not looking at that part of the BX24. But I am looking for a lawn mower attachment for it. What I like about the BX24 is that it really is a compact tractor with a 3-point hitch for tillage equipment.

I am under the impression that the BX24 can be purchased without the backhoe and FEL....Is that true? Or...maybe there is a better choice of tractor for what I need...any suggestions or other brands?

To answer your question, No you cannot get the BX24 without the backhoe. You get the FEL and the BH.

True but he can get the BX2350 which is nothing more than the BX24 with out a BH .

I've owned a BX 1800 for at least 4 years and it does everything. Love it. I will say though that if it was not for the mowing I do with it I would choose a slightly different model (not a BX) for the reasons others have mentioned. More ground clearance and perhaps a full class one 3PH with more powerful hydraulics.
