BX2380 Quick Couplers

I am trying to add a snow plow and quick hitch off of a BX25 (BX2763A plow and BX2751 quick hitch) to my BX2380. It seems that the hard connections to the front of the frame are compatible and will work fine.

I am struggling to find what female hydraulic connectors I need to properly connect to the male ones on my tractor. I know they are not the old pioneer type couplers and are flat face, but has anyone crossed these over before?

An easy trick I've learned to identify FF coupler size...

If the full face of the male one matches the size of a penny, it is 3/8".
If larger than a penny, 1/2".
