how do you stop the tractor from creeping forward. peddle does not return to neutral

Mine did that also. It was much worse when cold and got better the more I used it. I disconnected the damper. It look like a small version of the strut that keeps your hood or trunk open on a car. That helped a lot on mine. A word of warning. That model of BX is known for a sudden stop when backing up. This makes it worse. It is better than it not stopping in my opinion.
