bx2350 feels like brakes are on

I have a Kubota BX2350 and its been a great tractor but now it feels like the brakes are on all the time and it bogs the tractor down and feels like I don't have any power.

Thanks. I did figure it out though. The linkage shaft was just gummed up and not alkowing the brakes to fully release. Lots of wd40 got every thing freed up and working again.
