Oil & Fuel BX2350, Does it have a low oil shut off?

Hey guys, I was talking to a friend that has a BX2350. When he bought it (about 3 years ago) the dealer didn't fill it up with oil. It had some in it but not much. My friend has always wondered if any damage may have been done. The dealer told him not to worry that it had a low oil shut off sensor. I told my freind that I didn't believe they did, but I don't know for sure. Any one know for sure if the BX2350 has a low oil level shut off?

The schematic diagram doesn't show one. If there was one, it would have to be wired to shut down the fuel solenoid valve if oil was too low.
