Regardless of whether the rims fit, the size tires contemplated as replacements must be spec'd for rolling circumference and the proper front to rear ratio maintained or you will tear up the gears in 4wd.

I already have both the turfs for mowing and the bar-turfs go on in the fall after the mowing is done.

It doesn't really take long to change them with a floor jack and an impact to remove them.

I, myself, would not even consider an R4 for my uses . /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I wonder how practical two sets of tires are though. I certainly don't want to be swapping tires between chores...spring and fall maybe...(but not me)...

I don't like switching implements anymore than I have to.

Swapping tires is just more attachment switching - No thanks it's not for me!

I have a FEL MMM BH Tiller and Front Blade and can use all 5 of these without doing any switching.

I mow in 4 x4 with mine set up just as shown.

No turf problems even on slightly damp or soft lawn.

I don't think this becomes an issue until you get on up into the bigger heavier tractors.
