I live in snow country and use the fel and 7ft back blade. As mentioned if less than 6inches you can drive forward with no problem. If you get a blade spring for the skid shoes - well worth it, saves your driveway, and you can go on grass or gravel without digging things up. For deep snow driving backwards is best and really not too hard, I plow in high gear and you can move a lot of snow quickly. Probably the cheapest way to go and will get the job done pretty easily.
