Is there anyway to keep the TPH, from lowering when using the mowing deck. This is probably a stupid question, but im clueless on this,,,,

Yes there is. Just above the TPH arms on both sides you will find a little bracket with a hole in it. This is
so you can remove the top pins that connect the arms to the TPH, Remove the pins, lift the arms up to
the little bracket and reinstall the pins there. The Main TPH arms will still move up and down but the main
arms will stay in place where you pinned them. Hope I made that as clear as mud! Yikes
