I don't think so. Was there a problem before you changed the belt or is that the reason you changed the belt? When was the last time you replaced the concave washers that tighten the blades to the spindle?

The PTO clutch is wet and not adjustable except for lockup pressure. I suggest you get a workshop manual if you want to set the lockup pressure, it is adjustable.

I have a feeling your blades are loose. Check your blades and make sure they are snug before venturing into the transmission case.

I had this problem with mine one time.
Has not been cutting well for some time. Washers are new and blades are tight. I can move the blade by hand even when the mid pto is engaged (motor is off of course). Not sure this should be possible. Rear pto cannot be turned when engaged (turns easily when disengaged). This made me think the mid pto clutch might be slipping.
I have a manual, but don’t see anything about the lockup pressure.

Hmmmm. I'll be going out to my shop in a couple of hours. I'll engage the pto and see if I can spin the blades.

Not the owners manual, the shop manual. Owners manual won't provide any technical specs except routine stuff.

On pages 2M14-16 in the workshop manual and lists the requited lockup pressure and adjustments. You need to download a copy of the WSM from Kubotabooks. The control valve will external, on the side of the transmission case (as is all Kubota's).
