bx2200 hydro foward

will start to move forward and will creep, but push on pedal more and hydro seems bog down not the engine (sounds like and acts like when raising 3pt. hitch and holding lever in the up position) there is no problem in reverse?

Not trying to be a wise acre here, but 99% of the time for us BX owners, that condition is due to leaving the dang parking brake on. I just did it again this weekend ... couldn't imagine why it wouldn't get out of it's own way ...
