Loader BX2200 Hydraulics Problem with LA-211 Loader

Is the pink or the orange line your power beyond?

The lines are plumbed correctly. The loader works fine on another tractor. We tested the pressure on the tractor and it was 1800psi. Volume was only about 2gpm. 3 point and steering work fine. Plenty of hydro in tank. I am thinking the valve is the culprit. Also, why would the pressure be good but not the rate?

Sounds like a bad/damaged spool for low flow.

That would depend on where the engine was for this test. If it's like our bx2660, there is a priority steering valve which takes all of the hydraulic flow until you get the engine up over 1300 RPMs. As such, until you get the engine up to there you do not get any flow to the hydraulic valves for the three point hitch and the loader or front attachments.

Just a guess on my part...
The pump might be rated using a standardize bench test versus on tractor with hoses and such (more restriction).

I'm attaching a hydraulic flow chart for a BX23. It may or may not be useful as the BX23 includes an additional loop for the BH. Otherwise the basic flow may be the same. I'll swag your plumbing to the FEL valve is incorrect or the FEL's valve is bad.

So, pink is high pressure out to the loader valve and orange is the return from the loader valve (per Volfandt's 2nd diagram)?

Per this link to the BX2200 hydraulic block in the WSM HERE , in OP's pictures, orange should be high pressure to SCV, pink should be PB from SCV and yellow should be return from SCV
