I can't my 3 point to go up

Did it go up before? Check the mechanical linkage from lever to transaxle case.

Yes it worked fine, I replaced 2 of the hyd. hoses, toped off the hyd. oil.

Yes i bled the system worked the loader up & down, curled the bucket, i have a cylinder on the 3 point to tilt it, i cycled everything and topped off of the oil

What hoses did you replace? Did you replace them both at the same time, or one that time?
The reason I ask is after the loader valve, there should be two hoses going back, one is power beyond which goes to power the three point hitch and the other is return to tank. if you swap those two, the only time the 3 point hitch would go up as if you were moving the loader up down or curling or dumping the bucket.

I replaced the hoses one at a time, the first hose was the return hose for the cyl. on the tilt on the 3 point, the 2 nd hose was a short hose at the loader valve

Disconnect the loader hoses and just hook up the loop hose and see if it works. My bet is that one of your new hoses has an obstruction.

Take all the new hoses off and make sure they are clear (blow through them).

I blew through the hoses, ran hyd. oil through them. cycled all the cylinders, topped off the oil, still nothing.

I got it working by, holding the up lever for the 3 point, and at the same time working the loader and bucket, and the tilt lever for the 3 point, the 3 point started working, that seemed to purge out the air
