HMMMPH /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. It has been downpouring ever since I brought my BX22 home and the grass needs cut bad. Only good thing about the downpour is I now know where the water lays. I have alot of ditches to dig, can't wait. I will take some before and after pics. BTW if it rains again tomorrow the creek will definately come out of the bank. This happened to me last month but the house didn't get wet. I will add a few pics, yall will think I was crazy for buying this place but it really is a nice spread.
