BX22. I've had mine since May and it is exactly what it is advertised as ..........homeowner/estateowner one tractor solution. Also what does "small scale" mean? Work on your property....at neighbors.... at strangers. Sounds like you may be moving toward a commercial type endeavor.
I've moved plenty of mulch/compost, cut the grass, dug up some pretty good size stumps and started on a water feature. It has worked flawlessly. I realize(d) it's limitations therfore I haven't been disappointed at all.
If mowing is really secondary and you are hesitant about weight/clearance specs already, I think you may need to look at something else. Chuck
