BX22 loader problem

dumb question....but I assume what you refer to a as the threepoint control lever is what the manual calls the hydraulic control lever?

Hey...problem solved! The 3 point lever was not in the center position. Boy do I feel dumb. Question is, was it bad for the tractor to operate the FEL with the lever in the up position?
