I have had my loader valve move very hard or not at all when the machine is cold. The more it warms up the better it gets, until it finally works like it is supposed to.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Same thing on my BX22. It doesn't do that if I park it in my heated garage. If I put it in the barn it stiffens up some. Come to think of it, thats pretty much how I've been acting lately. Can't wait for spring. How cold has it been by you. Another thing that could cause that is moisture in your hydro fluid. Just a thought.

Must be a Mid Western problem, I haven't had that problem with my BX-22 no matter how cold it has been. Mine is a 4 way valve, what is yours? That might be a difference between the two valves.....

I believe there is a recent post about condesation getting in the valves and freezing up. Seems to me the solution is to take a plug out the bottom and drill a hole in it to let it drain. Post was in last week or so, but don't remember who. Do remember Art replied to it though.

Good Luck,
