BX22 Grille Guard

My new grille came in today for the 2200. It was not what I was expecting. It is the orange/plain grille that is available for the 2200. In my mind I thought it would be a black grille with BX cut into it. The dealer said that was only available on the 22 and there was no part # for it, not available. Hmm.......I have had replies about people buying the grille I thought I was getting but was probably in a different color. So what is the deal?

Your dealer is wrong. Its available. I bought mine for something like $125. Print out the picture and take it to him. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks for the part # & PX. I furnished the dealer w/the part # yesterday and he called the Dallas regional office. They told him that this guard would not fit the 2200. This picture will do the trick. I assume you had to do no modifications to mount this on the 2200.

Yup, it fit just fine on my 2200. Just needed 4 bolts to attach it, as the holes lined up perfectly. I suppose it's possible that they changed something, but I just added mine this year...January or so.
