BX1850D tractor bogs and studders

Just mowing on flat FL land so no leaning. Seems that I can run for 15 minutes or so after letting the tractor sit before the shuttering starts. I'm going to try to finish draining the tank at the fuel filter and then try the Mityvac to see if I can suck out any obstructions.

The fuel pump does not seem as loud as it use to be.

The fuel pump on this one wasn't loud, you just heard it vibrating when I had the line disconnected and hit the key. Is the tractor smoking when it studders, if so what color. White, grey black or blue.

No smoke when the shuttering occurs.
I drained the tank and did get some black stuff out of it. Put a vacuum pump on the hose and no problem. Then ran some fresh fuel through and no more black stuff came out. I though I was good to go and put fresh fuel plus Sea Foam in and started mowing and it failed after 15 minutes of mowing.
I then checked the electric fuel pump and the flow was good at the place where the fuel went into the injector pump and pressure was 5 PSI.
Anyway, off to the dealer to have them take a look at it.

I did some searching before posting and this seemed pretty common with the kubota diesel engines. Heading to get parts now! thanks fellas!

Did changing both fuel filters fix the bogging down issue? I have a Kubota ZD21F that is doing the same thing you describe in your original post.
