BX18/2360 - making side cash?

Are any residential Kubota owners out there making side $$$ with a BX type tractor? If so, what kind of jobs are you rounding up and how are you getting the work? Not including tractors bought for commercial use... as a new homeowner considering a BX tractor, it'd be nice to think I could get a little extra cash on the side out of my investment. Might also help convince the wife that the BX is a good buy (see my post "Crazy???" under Kubota Buying/Pricing, I think she's finally starting to crack). I won't be upgrading to a bigger tractor (the BX2360 is top end of my budget), so I'm wondering what kind of work might be out there for a tractor this size?

More often than not, the insurance you should carry makes any "income" seem less attractive. Don't forget to look into the legalities in your area. It can be done, but alot of people ignore some important things, and learn the hard way.

Around here some tractor owners make some cash cleaning parking lots of snow during winter, but making and extra $300-500 a couple of times each winter is not worth the wear and tear on the tractor or me. And if you got insurance to cover your liabilities probably makes it a bad deal.

Where I live, you could make some nice $$ reconditioning gravel driveways with a box blade and a rake.

WTF? In your area, is it illegal to work for a living?
