Currently own 4 acres of heavily wooded, hilly land in N.E. Ohio and am thinking about a BX1500. I need to move snow(driveway 600' and the last part is uphill), haul firewood and move some dirt(no grass to cut-so I don't need a mower). I would be working in the trees some of the time....Does the 1500 seem to fit my needs? Thanks for the unput.

Spend a little extra and get the 2200....much more tractor for the money. Best investment that I ever made. Believe me you won't regret it.

I have a BX1500,great tractor for me, but you might be some day do logging, stump removel, ect. I would go for the BX22.

My advice is don't go anything smaller than a B7500 simply because of the ground clearance in woods. I'm sure the BX1500 and BX22 are powerful enough for your needs but you don't want to get hung up on stumps and limbs.
Just my opinion.
