Well I had a few hrs to play this weekend, so built a skid plate for the 2360.
for materials, I used a piece of 12 ga metal from an old 200 gallon oil barrel we get for free when they time out in Canada. The rear piece is 12"X 27". a 29 degree bend at the rear,at 12 " and another at about 112 degrees at the 24" mark to run flush with the frame rail at the front.I used the 2 forward frame bolts at the back, so you need 2 that are 1/2" longer. The plate butts against the rear bolts. I scratched the hole marks on the plate first, but they are about 41/2" and 7 1'2" in from the LH side. for the front attach. I drilled and tapped into the cross tube support. it is thick and I had access to the taps and bolts on a Sunday. I also made a front one. its 12"X 23, so you could buy a 12X48 piece at a shop and have it snipped.I used a 1" angle about 20 long to make a bracket to hold the front. it was about 12 1/4" long with 4" sides. I used 2 3/8X 11/2 bolts to bolt the bracket to the existing frame holes ahead of the mower lift arm front attach points.the attach holes were based on how far out the nut hole was from the side of the angle iron.
For the PTO hole, I made a 4" one .top of the hole is 2 1/2" down the center is 3 7/8" in.
Ill get a pic of the diagram.
