I installed a set of Hella Brand Fog Lights on my ROPS for my BX22 over the winter, mainly to assist in after-dark snow removal where the stock headlamps were blocked by the FEL.
I had occasion to mow the yard this week and it was after sunset, and I was just amazed at how much light I could put on the grass for *midnight mowing*. With those lights on, I could mow just as good as during the day.
So thought I'd pass that tip along. It's an easy upgrade to do, and you can buy automotive fog lights all day long on EBAY for half the price you find in retail stores. Be sure to wire in the relay (and yes, my wires run inside my ROPS - a bit more work, but a much cleaner install). I also installed a rear facing lamp as well on the ROPS - for that evening backhoe work when the job wasn't quite done as the sun goes down.
