BX MMM Wheel fell off

I was mowing last week (just crossing 100 hours) when one of the casters / wheels fell off the MMM. I didn't notice until I was done (must be age and poor eyesight). Luckily I found it later on after walking around the yard for a while. Looks like the nut worked loose. I had just serviced everything this spring and checked the nuts so it must have happened since then. I'm off to buy some of those nylon lock nuts after work.

Same thing happened to me after only 10 or 15 hours. I was able to locate all of the "pieces" except for the nut. When I went to replace it it took me a couple of tries before I figured out that it was a metric size. The rest was easy.

I now check everything over every few weeks.

Wish Id read your reply earlier. I just got back from the hardware store with a 7/16 nut and now realize it doesn't spin on all the way! Back in the morning I suppose. At least it wont be the most expensive of my hardware store mistakes.
