bx lenght with fel

can someone do me a favor, I need to know the lenght of a bx with a fel in it longest position, fel down, to the 3 pt hitch

On a BX24, with the FEL on the ground, the overall length is about 180 inches, depending on the position of the 3P.

i concur, i just measured mine. my BX24 with fell lowered and 3 pt lowered to lowest point comes out to 138 and half inches from lip of FEL to edge of PT hitch. I would say 140 inches is a good round number for the BX24 overall length. Now you got me wondering- are you looking for a new trailer or need to figure if it will fit in your garage or something ?

My BX23 with FEL and BH attached is 14' 10'' so I just say it's 15 feet long.

Since you didn't say what BX model your talking about (with or w/out the BH), I just had my BX2350 w/ FEL in a 10ft long trailer and had to hang the FEL over the front to fit.
I didn't measure it but just by looking at it, I'd say the trailer needed to be about 2ft longer to fit it inside.

looking at trailers, and Id rather have 1 dual purpose set up. I was looking at a 10 ft dump trailer with brakes and thought it should carry it fine, but was weary of lenght. I would rather not have anything bigger in a dump becuase of its over all size, but as long as it isnt much of a difference i may just let the bucket sit on the lip of the sides. I would rather not have 2 trailers becuase of space savings

i am looking at a 2350 or a 2660 if I can get a good deal on one. bx 24 or 25 if i can get a great deal. hope we get a lot of snow the plow truck is rready , i am looking ata spring purchase
