Nice Job. I need to get around to making one to. Looks like you made it easy to get to the PTO shaft on and off. And I like how the filter is protected.

I haven't tried the mower with it yet but I did run it around and no vibration/rattle. I also built it so that I take out the front bolt and the u-bolt and the plate just swings to get to the filter or fan.

I bought my front and rear plates from Bro-Tek in Canada. I have neither the time or the talent to bend metal as thick as that needs to be!

Seriously though, the front one I made just took two pieces of angle for mounting and a flat piece for the guard itself. Very simple and effective.
