Today while working on my tractor I dropped a 1/2 rachet wrench on my dash panel and smashed the glass on the front of the instrament cluster. Now the fuel guage is not working properly and I have a big peice of of glass broken. I plan on replacing the instrament cluster but if I do my hour meter will be at zero. How do I adjust the hours on the new panel so that it matches what the current panel is displaying?

When I had my BX24 I replaced the instrument panel because I didn't like the visibility through the front glass, (although it's actually only plastic). I was not able to adjust the hours so I kept the old one in a box with the hours written on it. When I sold the BX I included the old panel so the buyer could verify the hours.
