Oil & Fuel BX 2350 Front Axle Oil

From what I understood they are shipped with gear oil not SUDT. Is this wrong? Mine was low and I topped it off with gear oil. Hopefully his is better than just low fluid?

Unless something has changed very recently - BX ship with SUDT in the front axle... Any else heard different?

I added about 1 qt to my new BX2350 after about 10 hrs of use... And I did change it out during my 50hr service - looked clean, probably wasn't necessary, but I always change fluids early on any new vehicle...

All of mine have had SUDT up front when delivered.

I have UDT in mine haven't had any problems, but when its time to change it
I think I will go with gear oil. Front axle oil was low to when I got it from the dealer too.

I wouldn't cause it means keeping 2 types of fluid on hand instead of just one.

I was told mine had SUDT in the front axle when I went to buy extra oil for topping off the front axle, transmission and engine oil. Service mgr said stick with SUDT unless I get seepage, then change to gear oil which is heavier and less likely to get by the seals.
