I was at Norfolk Equipment in RI today and they had 4 BX23's on the lawn and a bunch of other tractors as well. This is a new location for them and I would be inclined to believe that they would want to move some of the inventory. Picked up a bunch of parts that I ordered last week and they were very accommodating and friendly. Met the whole group of people since I arrived at lunch time and they were all having lunch in the show room. Some might not consider this very professional, but for me, I see it as a fine group of people that know how to make you feel right at home. The parts manager was going to interrupt his lunch to get my parts, but I told them that I wasn't in a rush and would just wander around till they were done. When I came back into the building about 10 minutes later, they had everything on the counter ready for me. That sounds like a great deal - I would also be interested in the dealer info on where you got it. I am located in MA and have also been looking at buying a BX23.
