BX 2200 / JD 445

THANKS TO ALL THAT RESPONED. I AM HAVING A BX 2200 BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE ON THURSDAY TO TRY. KINDA LIKE CHRISTMAS IN APRIL. MY 445 IS A 1995 W/ 900 HOURS, ALSO HAS A 54 IN BLADE. ASKING 6,000.00. HAVEN'T GOTTEN TOMANY CALLS. IS THIS TOO HIGH?

Maybe a tad high with 900 hours. You should call a couple of JD dealers in your area and they should be able to ballpark it for you. One thing to pay attention to is the height of the seatback on the BX as compared to your 445. If it isn't high enough for you the dealer should be able to put a higher backed seat from a Bota B2410 on the BX.
