Does Kubota require some sort of comprehensive insurance coverage on purchased equipment (BX-2200 for ex.) when you finance from them? Would a homeowners policy typically satisfy the requirement? Thanks.
If your homeowners insurance covers the tractor, I assume that takes care of fire, theft, wind, etc., but does it cover collision, rollover, and/or other kinds of damage you may do to the tractor youself?
Bird,
Good point about rollover, etc.. The policy quoted addresses those things but still I can't help thinking I'm paying for something that I already have coverage for. Sort of like getting insurance on a rental car when your auto policy already covers it. I'll find out today. Thanks all.

GlueGuy, I agree. Got one of those umbrellas myself, large enough to fit the tractor, cars and house under! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif They are cost effective solutions!
NYtrainer. i would make sure your homeownrs covers u for the most common types of loss(fire, theft , etc.) as far a s collision and rollover i am not sure! but if you would be paying $640 for only 60 mo. term i don't think it is worth it. what are the chances of a collision? or a rollover?. would be better off as other guys suggest and get better coverage on your own ins. cost much less..in any case HAPPY TRACTORING. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
