BX 2200 Front Axle

The front axle of my BX 2200 has some movement front to back when it is off the ground and you grab one of the wheels and move it back in forth. I was wondering if it could be the front bushings more so than the steering cylinder that I have heard about on here?

Is the pivot bolt tightened to spec?
