Just the facts:
Turn signal switch sticking. Only used it a couple of times to see if it worked. I unplugged it. Not really needed.
Foot pedal stick. Probably will disassemble an install grese zirt this winter.
Plastic Chrome hood Ornament is loose and rattles.
Seat belts rub paint off fender(future rust?)
LH arm that raises mower deck broke off(bad weld). I fixed it myself(grass was growing to fast to wait on dealer).
White fuel tank leaked(a lot). Took dealer 1+ months to get the part.
Three Point Hitch:
Thanks, for the info on the Top Link Service Kit. My dealer did not have this info. I faxed him a copy and he ordered the parts. I already had the small white fuel tank replacement scheduled so he ordered the Top Link Service Kit and fixed both problems. My top link adjustable arm was also bent and he installed a new one(I think it was part of the Kit}.
Changed all fluid at 50hrs. Changed front axle fluid at 75hrs.
Summary:
Even though I have had these problems and knowing it is a new model, I still think it is a great unit. I digs,grades and cuts grass very well(even on step hills). My wife even likes it. P.S. I hope we get most of these problems identified/fixed before our warranty has expired.
