kubota BX-22
can a bx-22 handle a 6' 3ph rear blade?
i see that 5' is the largest kubota offers.
i have not bought any 3ph attachments yet so i am not that familiar with all the ins and outs of
the 3ph.
thanks

Something to consider is how high you want to lift the blade. If you get a standard blade, you'll find that you can't lift it very high. I couldn't live with that, since I use the blade to plow, and I have to pull a lot of snow away from my garage doors. I bought a Woods Estate series blade - a five footer, and I'm satisfied with the results. I would have like to have seen a Rhino CAT 0/1, but the dealer didn't have one in stock.

Another thing about a six footer - if you want to reverse the blade, it might not clear the lift arms when you turn it around while on the tractor. Some folks have trimmed the upper outer corners.

Land Pride has a smaller framed unit in their 05 series. The RB0548 4' blade and the RB0560 5' models work great on the BX tractors. A 6' is pretty big for a BX. Hope this helps.
