BX 1870 hand control reverse

I am partially disabled due to a stroke and have difficulty moving my foot between the forward control and the reverse pedal on my BX 1870. Looking for ideas to fabricate a hand control for the reverse pedal that would be out of the way of my leg because I am able to press the forward pedal without issue. Any suggestions, ideas or maybe something is already manufactured? Somewheres that could help me. Thanks in advance for your help

I have a vague idea of reading a thread where someone added hand controls for the HST on his Kubota SCUT for similar reason as yours. It was a neat setup.

I was trying to find the thread, so you could get some more ideas but I'm in no such luck today. I'll keep looking though.

You might check out this thread. If you can shift your foot from side to side, it might be worth looking into.
