Bx 1860 price check

So my dad and I went to the local dealer today and got a price on a leftover Bx1860 with the mower deck and loader, they gave him a price of $13,200 and I think a $500 rebate.
Is this a fair price? I havent went on the Kubota site to price cause they dont make the 60 series anymore.

I dont know how much the loader cost and the hydro stuff but I bought mine left over new BX 1860 with 54 deck nothing else and it was $8,750.00 around 1,000 less last years price. The reason for the discount was they wanted the 2013's by there self. And they had lost sone sales last year to deere and want those lost sales back. I had been pricing one for over three years and it floored me to see the discount.

Paid just over $9k for one last June with the 48" deck and loader valve (no actual loader - just the valve).

kubota.com build&price lets you select old or new BX series...
BX1860 plus 54" MMM plus loader comes out to $14.3K, and it seems the configurator throws in a $240 ballast box.
