Buying Polaris 400HOcc and 700EFI

I'm looking to buy these two machines. The 400 has 32 miles on it The 700EFI has 375 miles with a winch and a front blade for plowing(52in.)
Both are in excellent condition. What would be a fair price to offer?

Prices on ATV's vary a lot depending on areas. When we bought our ATV's they were several hundred dollars cheaper (new) 200-300 miles of us. Get a title if available in your area for a used one. I almost bought one that was stolen one time. While trying to get the title for me the seller found out the ATV was stolen. The police made him turn it in. He lost the ATV.

What years? The 700 is what a 2009 or older?

You are going to find that Polaris Rangers hold value quite well generally so they probably won't be "bargains" unless something is wrong with them.
