Not sure if this is the right place to post this thread, but anyway I just had a nice experience working with Messick's parts department.

Order some parts for my Kobuta tractor and delivery was quick, prices were fair, and follow-up by their personnel was excellent. Just good people to deal with.

I must agree. I have had great luck with them and will order again...What I would "take to the bank" is when you email them they reply fast...Priceless dude.

I've placed several online orders with them. The service was excellent.

My first experience with Messick's was great. I did not have the same experience this year. Their website does not give accurate shipping costs and I had to pay an extra $20 before they would ship my order. This was during the half price shipping sale, so the website actually under estimated by $40. A great company, but it would be nice to have more accurate shipping costs.

We're actually working on this. Our parts catalogs don't give accurate weights or sizes for the 2.2 million parts that you can order though the website. We're presently taking weights ourselves and flagging those items that are oversized so the website can tell you upfront. For now, it takes a phone call when we can't come close to shipping somthing for the cost listed on the website.

Since this seems like a "pump Messicks" thread -
I ordered two manuals and a 5 gal drum of oil.
It took a DAY to get to me!!
Why can't they put the oil on the net and just let me download it!!
/edit - that was sarcasm - They are GREAT!!
