Tractor
L3400
I thought I wanted a mf 1428v to replace my bolens g152. I then saw the L3400 on the lot for the same price. I took it for a test drive and liked the tractor very much. A whole lot more comfortable than the mf tractor. Tons of power. The price with folding ROPS is $10900. Is it a good deal? I hope so. I already committed to buying it. Kubota offers great financing. Felt right. I will be using the tractor to do mowing on my 6 acres and tending a gravel driveway and garden chores. Is it overkill with this tractor? Will it be too heavy on my septic tank and fill lines? Was also offered a 5ft. f/c finish mower for $1075. Any comments on this tractor or thoughts? I know this is a new model this year and haven't seen much on it here in forums. What kind of reliability does Kubota have? Thanks for all the newbie questions. Gunman PS: I pick it up on the 15th. and will send some pics in.

Congrats on your new machine! I agree with you that the Kubotas are more comfortable than the MF machines. I just bought a L2800DT and am impressed with the power it has. Did you get the 4WD? The current Kubota financing (0%) is really hard to beat, no matter what the price!!
