First let me say Thank You to all posters of TBN! This site is great.
Next let me say that I grew up on a small farm and have been using tractors all my life.
I decided on the Tc35 to 45 models. Started getting prices from local dealers, then using these resources started final dickering.
Now also let me tell you that I never even drove any of these models, but because of my 15 year relationship with this now salesman (prior service manager) bought this unit sight unseen. Now that's what a good relationship is! (no I'm not nuts and I usually price / demo all equipment first, no demo no sale!) He new me so well that he was able to take my questions / answers, all of his questions and make this deal.
They located it in 1 day 4 hours away. Delivered it yesterday, I'm 2 hours away from them. The most common thought is to find the correct dealer. I also agree but I'll go a step further and say the people make the dealership! Next stay with service 1st $ 2nd. So remember develope relationships and stay with them.
When we first started the quotes it was a TC35DA with no super steer, 16LA loader and 1 rear remote. I ended up with 40DA. I believe I got the best deal possible, total price 24675. Here's the specs. TC40DA, SS, 4X4, Hydro, R4, 2 RR, Grille Guard, 17LA loader QA, 48" forks. I made a man lift today. I can't believe how useful these forks are.
