Butterfly Pedal Not Moving

I hadn't used my CK20 in several months. Now the butterfly pedal will barely move. The tractor goes very slow and I've actually bent the pedal standing on it trying to get it to work. Any ideas on this?

There's a few places this could be stuck. The pedal pivot itself, the return-to-center spring/damper or the linkage into the transmission. I would go under the floor and disconnect things until you can figure out which piece(s) will or will not move easily. There are a couple of grease points down there that may have been missed.

?Rust at pivot point? I never had this problem with mine but recall it is not an uncommon issue and pretty easily solved. Search old forum posts as I think Rick Wallace described the fix a few times.
