So just when I think that some people use the API service label ( real world test of oil) and some will never get it!
John Deere ( not there real name) said in there Green and Yellow book that SG rated oil would be recomended for my 4310 diesel (IE a C_ something) should have been there. What is even worse is this is the test ratings the manufacturers ask for for warranty reasons????????????
I use a API service level CJ (C for compression and J for just how good it is) in my deisel!!!! Until some one comes out with CK or CL or higher up the alphabet!
