busted left steering knuckle

LOL too cold for that right now. -38C so be hard to find sand thats not frozen or even fire up the BBQ but will give it a shot once it warms up which won't be for awhile by the looks of it.

I had this happen on my left knuckle on a Foton 250; similar type of item and they're a major PIA to find replacements. I took a small 1 1/2" by 2 1/2" piece of mild steel (1/8" thick?) and burned a few 6011 rods with a stick welder at high amperate and used it as a patch to hold it together; worked great and is still holding.
